This 4-day yoga & wellness retreat is intentionally spacious and unhurried, designed around the practice of wintering—honoring the body’s natural desire to turn inward, rest more, and conserve energy. Our days will be filled with warmth, simplicity, and comfort.
Expect gentle, grounding yoga and meditation practices, warm and nourishing seasonal meals, alongside stretches of free time to nap, read, journal, or simply sit by the fire. Nature is always nearby—wander forest paths, breathe in crisp mountain air, or watch the light change across the hills.
