What to Expect

This 4-day yoga & wellness retreat is intentionally spacious and unhurried, designed around the practice of wintering—honoring the body’s natural desire to turn inward, rest more, and conserve energy. Our days will be filled with warmth, simplicity, and comfort.

Expect gentle, grounding yoga and meditation practices, warm and nourishing seasonal meals, alongside stretches of free time to nap, read, journal, or simply sit by the fire. Nature is always nearby—wander forest paths, breathe in crisp mountain air, or watch the light change across the hills.
No pressure to be productive.
Just space to rest, reset your nervous system, and arrive home to yourself.

Alex Dull leads our retreats. She has been in the field of facilitation for nearly two decades. A yoga teacher & owner of Middle River Yoga, massage therapist, and group facilitation expert, Alex will leave you feeling tended to and cared for.

Retreats offer space for you to simply be. No pressure, no to-do list, no one needing anything from you. Take your time to rest and care for yourself with plenty of down-time.
