  • Yoga for Stability & Balance

    Mondays 11am

    This class focuses on keeping you strong, mobile and balanced as you age. Expect to support your joint health (hips, shoulders, wrists & ankles) while building strength and stamina. A chair is used for seated poses and balance support. Modifications are available making this class accessible to all. Don’t be fooled by the name, this class will benefit everyone.   • Soul Flow

    First Sunday of the month 9am

    Begin your month with intention. This 90-minute Sunday morning practice blends movement, stillness, and reflection — a space where yoga becomes a form of prayer and presence. Each class starts with a short dharma talk to invite insight & connection followed by a flow, meditation, and a long savasana.

    Think of it as yoga church: an opportunity to slow down, breathe deeply, and realign with what matters most. Come as you are, leave grounded and inspired.
